Our Story
Raylor Brand Outfitters was built on friendship first.
Owners Morgan and Ricky have been best friends for years, sharing countless conversations about one day starting a business together. They did not know exactly what that business would be, only that they wanted it to be meaningful and something they could build side by side.
After a lot of wishful talk and late night ideas, they landed on caps. What started as a simple concept quickly turned into something real when they purchased a commercial embroidery machine and moved it into the loft of Morgan’s house. That small space became the starting point, where they planned to offer custom caps and embroidery services.
Once the machine was in place, they needed a name. They wanted something original and personal to them. At first, they tried combining their first names, Morgan and Jose. Jose is Ricky’s given name, though he has always gone by Ricky. After scrolling through a long list of generated names, they quickly realized none of them felt right.
They decided to try again using their middle names, Taylor, Morgan’s, and Ricardo, Ricky’s. That is when they saw it. Raylor. Instantly, they knew that was it.
As demand grew, they quickly outgrew Morgan’s home loft. Within six months, they moved into their first storefront and warehouse, which now serves as the headquarters of Raylor Brand Outfitters.
As they continued working hands on with designs, materials, and fit, the vision naturally expanded. What began with headwear grew into a full apparel brand focused on comfort, quality, and everyday wear.
Raylor Brand Outfitters is inspired by life outdoors, long days, hard work, and time spent with the people who matter most. Every piece is designed with intention and built to be worn, not just owned.
From a loft and a single embroidery machine to a growing storefront and warehouse, Raylor Brand Outfitters remains rooted in the same values it was founded on friendship, authenticity, and creating something that lasts.
